Deploying a shiny App on a virtual server

Hello
I've installed a Shiny Server on a virtual ubuntu 24.04.1 instance hosted on the DigitalOcean platform.
Everything is working fine and I am able to access the defaut Shiny App via a browser.
Now, I would like to deploy my own Shiny Apps on the remote Shiny server and access them via browser; but the app's files and datasets are on my local machine and I don't know where and how to upload them on the remote Shiny server.
Any help to achieve this would be greatly appreciated.
