Deploy Shiny application with older version of Seurat

Hi,
I'm working on a Shiny-app and need to use an older version of 'Seurat' (v3.2.3). I'm able to install and run it locally but when I deploy the app, it uses the latest version of 'Seurat' instead. Does someone know how to use and older version of a package in a shiny app? (without installing the package every time the user opens the app)
