Delay to open new version of RStudio

Hi everybody.
Today I updated my RStudio IDE to last version 2022.12.0 B353.
Are you having problems to start RStudio? Old version opened quickly. The new one delays "a week" to open. Every command on menu or some task delay a lot.
It's strange because every update the RStudio IDE becomes slower.

Update1: the menu doesn't get the color of the editor theme (see picture) even when I choose the "modern" theme.
Update 2: IDE for Windows 10
