In biology education and pedagogy, there are a few great efforts to run Scientist Spotlights in classroom exercises to show students that there is a diversity of people working in the various science fields.

Has someone already started making a similar effort for Data Scientists? That is, is there a collection of (say) one-page biographies of a variety of data scientists?

maybe google 'famous data scientists' or variations on that theme and see what comes up ?
