Data Frame organization

Hello everyone
I'm learning Rstudio programmation.

I manipulate data frame. But my data frames are not organized like I want.
Could someone tell me how to classified my data frames in lines and colons?

We don't really have enough info to help you out. Could you ask this with a minimal REPRoducible EXample (reprex)? A reprex makes it much easier for others to understand your issue and figure out how to help.
