Can anyone help me with dropping domain in shinyapps.io?
I had a "professional" plan with custom domain before.
After failed billing the plan was changed to "free" and I wanted to activate "standard plan" (without custom domain).
But this action gives an error related to custom domain.
How can I drop custom domain without switching back and forth to "professional" plan and paying extra?
Hi @almsabyr did someone helped you with this? I'm experiencieng the same situation. My CC failed and the plan went back to free. I don't wish to go back to Professional, just to Standard, but the custom domain is a problem. Seems a very clumsy situation. I've been a customer since 2014 and haven't heard from them as to why we "canceled"...
I'm sorry that you are running into this issue. This sounds like a bug. Can you please send us your account ID so we can investigate further?

Circling back on this one — we've deployed a fix to allow you to remove any custom domains you may have configured in your shinyapps.io dashboard, regardless of your subscription. This should allow you to clear out any domains that may be preventing you from upgrading to a different paid plan.
