Cursor Display Error 2

I am a new user to Posit Cloud's cloud-based RStudio. In my very first usages, I am seeing that the cursor in the workspace almost always sits about 3 character spaces ahead of the actual typed location. Meaning, if I were to have a string of characters like, "Hello World", the cursor graphic would be three spaces east of the end quote. If I wanted to deleted the W, I would have to guess where to click the mouse by approximately three spaces. This topic is very similar to this post:

Hello all. I have a pretty customized RStudio appearance setup, including vim keybindings and a custom theme. I recently noticed that when my code is heavily indented, the cursor does not appear in the correct place. As I get further indented, it kind of slides backwards. After about 8 indents, the cursor appears one letter behind where it should. I included a screenshot with multi-cursor on - all of these cursors are placed at the end of the line of text - if I were to hit the right arrow on the keypad, they would jump to the beginning of the next line.
