ctrl+V not working from the Console window of RStudio 1.3.1093 in Win 10

Hi, I want to 'copy and paste' into MS Word the console output. The shortcut 'ctrl+V' does not work. If I use the right mouse button and the 'paste' option, it pastes as plain text, not in the HTML format. This capability disappeared after my recent RStudio upgrade. Please advise.
