The problem is only present within RStudio.
My keyboard layer is Querty US International with dead key.
Any clue what could be the problem?

The Ctrl+C shortcut does nothing. So, when I select and copy a piece of text and try to paste it doesn't work. Copying with contextual menu of pointer sometimes work and sometimes not. If I press Ctrl+C several times, it may work.
So, basically the function Ctrl+C (Copy) or Ctrl+X (Cut) don't work.
