Creating personal R package library

I am assuming there is away but can I create my own personal folder on a network to retain R packages. Presently after I log off RStudio on our network all packages that I have loaded get erased. So the next time I log back in I have to reload all necessary packages. So can I set an additional .LibPath to retain packages. Is so how do I do that.
