Create new project error [ (TypeError): Cannot read property 'python' of null ]

(TypeError): Cannot read property 'python' of null ]

I am not able to create a project in RStudio despite of using the solution provided in similar question .

I copied findstr.exe from System32 to RStudio/bin.

I think it is caused by the Non-English working environment, and I have a solution in the other post quarto-interactive-document-publishing-error
