Create a HTML file from R file issue

Hello everyone,
I'm trying to create a HTML file from an R file. The HTML file should present numerous plot, some are also interactive. I used the comand rmarkdown::render("File.r",eval=FALSE) I got the following error:
Error in rmarkdown::render("Report.R", eval = FALSE) :
unused argument (eval = FALSE).
Before tryng this I tried to create a rmd file and then using the botton knit to transform it in a HTML file. While this method created a HTML file, the plot weren't visible. I'm quite at loss here, because I wasn't able to undestand much from Internet.
