CRAN submission: "Found the following HTML validation problems"

I've just submitted my first package to CRAN. I've received a message saying:

package plume_0.1.0.tar.gz does not pass the incoming checks automatically, please see the following pre-tests [...].
Please fix all problems and resubmit a fixed version via the webform.

There're 2 notes. The first one "checking CRAN incoming feasibility" should be safe to ignore according to what I've found online. Not sure about the second one ("Found the following HTML validation problems") but I guess I can also ignore it given that I don't really have any control on it. The full check log is visible here.

Any advice on how to handle this?

If you are using roxygen2, then try updating roxygen2 and then rebuilding your manual pages.
