The reason I think the statistical analysis is not correct is because almost the entire NH4 row was removed when the initial circles had a very high correlation with the bacteria. I don't think the p-value for this variable is less than 0.05. The circles that I believe should be eliminated according to what I have observed in scientific articles (less than 0.05) are the smallest as BGA-Un. Nostocales, CE-Un. Oxyphotobacteria.
