Contacting sales support for shinyapps.io?

Hi all,
I'm trying to reach someone from sales to discuss a couple of issues re: purchasing a shinyapps.io package. So far, no one has responded to my week-old email. Is there another avenue that I could use to get questions answered? Specific questions:

  1. We're a tax-exempt educational institution. Is there a way to purchase a license tax exempt?
  2. With the professional-level license, do additional authors also have to have a paid license? Or can they have the free license and get the benefits of the pro license through sharing?
  3. Is there educational pricing for shinyapps.io?
