I have a free shinyapps account and I would like to discuss a few things with the sales people for shinyapps.io in private.
How can I get in touch with them e.g. by email before upgrading my account?
shinyapps.io is a self-service platform, and as such there are no sales people.
If you have questions about features that are not covered in the documentation, this is the forum in which to ask them. Try to ask general questions, and if it then tilts toward something private, we can switch to direct messaging.
