Compilation problems installing RFate package

Consistent compilation error when installing the package RFate from GitHub (repo="leca-dev/RFate")
I have tried with different versions of R Software and RTools, but it keeps coming up. The error pasted here is from PositCloud but it is basically the same. No issues with g++ or make in the desktop version.

Any idea what this might be and how to sort it?
