Hey Posit Community! I am a new data analyst working in commercial real estate and I was wondering if you all have a some databases that you trust to pull data from as well as some of the most used packages so I can study them prior to starting my new role next month! Thanks again!!

What country or countries are you likely to be researching?

I will be researching mostly the US and European countries like the UK, France, and Italy mostly.

I'd also check how frequently the database is updated and whether it includes historical records, since those can make a big difference if you're planning any trend analysis or modeling in R.
