Colour of labels according to the background colour

Hi,

I'd like to ask if there is any way how to set the colour of labels according to the background colour.

My plot from ggplot is

kraje_nezaměstnanost
kraje_nezaměstnanost1562×1359 194 KB

but tmap can change the colour from white to black automatically
