Coding Shiny on Windows with Shiny Server in Linux?

Hi,
My company has a Shiny server for other departments. My department wants to create some Shiny apps and publish them on that server. I am not familiar with linux. The data is on Egnyte with some group access control. Is it possible to create Shiny codes on Windows and then publish it on the Shiny server?

It should not be a problem. Windows users publish Shiny apps to shinyapps.io, and I'm pretty sure they are running some version of Linux on their servers.
