I'm using Mfuzz for clustering, but I'm finding that the selection of cluster in it is a challenge. I am using factoextra for cluster picking but it is not running due to the amount of data. I am trying to use withinerror for elbow plotting. But don't understand about its meaning, what does the value of the objective function refer to? Can I consider him as WSS?
