In one of the page in hugo website (devcows/hugo-universal-theme), there is below content. But i am not sure why I cannot change the link address of this "comments powered by Disqus" . Right now it is adressing to https://disqus.com/. But if i want to change this link and build the website. The changes are not occurring. I making the changes in html file. I know we should always change in .md file. But where can I change the link address. please advice
