I can't upload files at all into my project, I keep getting a server error

By chance are you uploading a particularly large file?
Some users have reported similar errors with very large files:

It's a 23 mb compressed file so not that large

To troubleshoot this further, can you capture the request log by recording HAR file? Instructions for creating the HAR file can be found here: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/204410413-Generating-a-HAR-file-for-troubleshooting
@andy_kipp Ok I captured the HAR file but it won't let me attach that type of attachment to this thread.
