Can't stop R from restoring .Rapp.history

Good afternoon, I open R and see

[R.app GUI 1.73 (7892) x86_64-apple-darwin17.0]

[History restored from /Users/gabrielacardenas/.Rapp.history]

I tried to clear the working space and setting it a default and does not work

Same for Rstudio
