Can't open project - stuck

I'm trying to open a project and it is stuck in "opening project" mode indefinitely. I've tried launching and relaunching in Chrome, Firefox, and Safari on multiple computers. Please help!! I have a project due in 3 hours.

Sorry you encountered issues opening your project. Can you try your project again?

I think you may have encountered a bug that can occur if a project is running for a period of longer than 12 hours.
