Can't install Rstudio on Win10

I tried install Rstudio on win 10. After installation is completed I tried to launch Rstudio. The first window that opens says:
RStudio requires an existing installation of R.

Please select the version of R to use.

Use your machine's default 64-bit version of R
Use your machine's default 32-bit version of R
Choose a specific version of R:
[64-bit] C:\Program Files\R\R-4.3.0[64-bit]
C:\Program Files\R\R-4.2.2

I can't selelect the first 2 (Use your machine's 64- or 32-bit version), but I can choose eather one of the specific version. After I select any of those options I get following message: An error ocurred while attempting to load the selected version of R. Please select different R installation.

What did I do wrong and how can i lounch Rstudio?
