Hi all, I was about to update my existing package clinpubr, but I found the cran submission service is down. I was either stuck at running submit_cran(): Uploading package & comments, or getting no response submitting the email check. Using VPN didn't solve the problem, and it have been bothering me for a few days.
I found nowhere discussing this, and I wonder what's going on?
