Cannot publish to RPubs from Quarto

I'm trying to publish a Quarto document from RStudio to RPubs. I can do this from Rmd no problem.

When I click Publish Document, I get 2 error boxes: the first "Error while executing method"; the second "(Type Error): Cannot read property 'j' of null"

If I click Manage Accounts, it takes me to the Publishing Accounts in Global Options where there is no way to connect to RPubs (only ShinyApps or RStudio Connect).

The documentation just tells me I should be prompted for RPubs when I hit publish with no set up instructions. It would be good if this was handled in a more user friendly way.

Does anyone know if this is a bug or am I just missing some setup step along the way?
