Cannot open 2 projects at the same time

I opened 2 projects using the same time.

After working on Project 1, I go to Project 2 and it starts reloading. And then I run everything again on Project 2, then go back to Project 1, but Project 1 reloads.

Hi,
I presume you use the 'open in other window' option in rstudio desktop? Or are you using rstudio server? Can you add some screenshots?

I am using rcloud. Open 2 tabs at the same time

It is supported to have two projects open at the same time. However, if a project is idle for an extended period of time (around 15 minutes), that project will "go to sleep" and require a reload when you bring focus back to that project. Is it possible that is what you are seeing here?
