Cannot load any of my projects in Studio Cloud

Hi all,

I am unable to load any of my projects in RStudio Cloud. Everything was working fine yesterday. This is an issue since I am doing all my data analysis for my PhD in R Studio and I cannot access any of it. It is stuck on 'opening project' for over 15 minutes. I have tried relaunching the projects, closing down Safari (I am on a mac), clearing my browser history. Nothing seems to be working. I cannot create a new project either.

Any help/advice is appreciated.

Hi @Nadia_Maalin,

Welcome, and I'm sorry you are running into trouble. Can you please:

1. Click your user name in the upper right and then click "log out" and then log back in.

If that doesn't work,

2. Try another browser, particularly in "incognito" or "private" browsing mode.

Finally, please send us URLs of projects that are stuck, and we can see what else we can dig up.
