Cannot install Rglpk on Fedora

I could not install the package Rglpk on Fedora. My R version is 3.5.1 and my Fedora version is 29. I got the error message:

/bin/bash: line 0: cd: GLPK: No such file or directory
make: *** [Makevars:10: GLPK.ts] Error 1
ERROR: compilation failed for package ‘Rglpk’

@Peter_Griffin Hmm you might want to check this see if the versions check out.
