cannot install geML in RStudio 2023.12.0 build 369

Hello All!
I double checked, and I see that I should be able to install geML to this variant of RStudio, but I am getting this message:

install.packages("geML")
WARNING: Rtools is required to build R packages but is not currently installed. Please download and install the appropriate version of Rtools before proceeding:

https://cran.rstudio.com/bin/windows/Rtools/
Warning in install.packages :
package ‘geML’ is not available for this version of R

Any assistance would be appreciated!

I suggest you try to do what the message tells you: install Rtools from that URL.
