Something weird happened. I cannot access my shinyapps account. I hadn't signed into my account for a weeks and then when I tried to sign back in, shinyapps thinks I am a new user and I cannot see my projects. I am paying for the Basic plan($40/mo). Oddly enough, I can see go to one of shinyapps.io pages even though I cannot access my account. Any help would be appreciated! I am getting the same exact issue as this post Unable to access to my account !
The issue is resolved now. I had two different accounts linked to one email. I had to click the "Account:" tab in the upper right hand of the shinyapps page to see the two options. Once there I could get to the account I wanted to look at.
