Cancelled shinyapps annual plan by mistake

I wanted to prevent my annual plan from renewing in 6 months. I downgraded, thinking that would leave me on my current plan until the end of the 12-month period. But it moved me down to the free plan immediately.

How do I un-cancel the plan and just prevent renewal?
