Can someone please knit an r markdown document for me. As my laptop won't allow me to do so. I would greatly appreciate it.

This seems like a drastic move. I never knit a document only once. After seeing the document, I always adjust some formatting, often multiple times.
What exactly is happening when you try to knit your document? Can you knit the template that comes up when you select the menu File -> New File -> R Markdown? What is the output format you are using? What is your operating system?
