Can keyrings or any authentication be made virtual machine specific?

My organization would like to figure out a way to add an additional level of authentication to certain service accounts and automated accounts. By using the machine itself as a factor of authentication.

Are keyrings machine specific or are they user specific for Rstudio?

P.S. Actually the ease of access with keyrings is something that I was wondering could be a use of R in general for windows.
