I'm wondering if it is still possible for anyone to submit an issue to dplyr on GitHub. When I try, I keep getting the message "Unable to create issue." When I click into recent issues, I can't comment on them because "An owner of this repository has limited the ability to comment to users that have contributed to this repository in the past." Other tidyverse repos don't seem to have this limitation (checked ggplot2 and readr).
This is temporary and we had to do it to combat the spam. The restriction should be lifted very soon, I think.
