bug report: Copy line shortcut is not working in Source Editor

If I drag an R script tab outside the Rstudio main window and a Source Editor window will show up. When I edit code inside that new panel, the shortcut for copy a current line (Ctrl + shift + d) is not working. It works fine if the tab is under Rstudio main IDE.

OS: Ubuntu 18.04
Rstudio: 1.3.957
