Boxplots are showing up completely randomly and don't know how to fix it
Please post a reproducible example of your problem. That includes a toy data set, the code you used to create the plots and the desired output.

You'll get an answer to your problem if you include a reprex, but it looks to me like you are creating a truckload of boxplots. If that's true, they look weird because the scale is too big to make out the boxes.
Also, it looks like your Y-axis variable is not numeric.
