Let's clarify the goal a bit.
You say you want to make box plots but your example seems to have data points with error bars, not box plots. Which of those two to you want?
If you want points with error bars, are the limits of the error bars already present in the data, maybe as repeated measurements, or do those limits have to be calculated?
It is not clear from the image of the data frame how the three replicas of the data are arranged. Are some of the columns replicas of others or are the replicas within individual columns?
It will be much easier to help you if you provide some data in a form others can easily copy. Posting an image means those who want to help you need to construct the data. You can make a simple data frame with a minimum number of data points and post it in copy-friendly format. Here is a tutorial about that:
