"bootstrap" text data

Hi,
I am working on classifying some text data by identifying keywords.
I have a limited data set.
Is there a method or methods that once can use to "bootstrap" text data in specific columns to increase sample size?

PS: I know "bootstrap" might be the wrong word to use in the case of text data, but did not know how else to phrase the question.
