Bookdown cross-referencing and table numbering cheat sheet (Revision)

I have revised the examples, after the great work David Gohel has done on flextable, which also affects huxtable.

flextable, works in HTML, Word, PowerPoint and PDF.

Update December 2022: `gt` and `rtables` (partially) have cross-references.  
And there is [`quarto`](https://quarto.org/docs/authoring/cross-references.html), not treated here, which has a much more elegant referencing syntax.
