I am reaching out to this forum as I have received a data set with the following variables: Age, gender, health(poor/fair/good), treatment(new/old), dosage (low/high) status (responder/non-responder) time (minutes)
I have been asked to perform a statistical evaluation using the adequate regression (e.g. ANOVA). Not being familiar with this type of task I was thinking using R to generate different type of tables or graphs. I would be happy to get some thoughts, tips and tricks regarding which type of data I should compare, knowing that the first step would be to generate which question(s) I would like to answer using this data set.
