Binary for Rcpp and all depends on it are missing

For RHEL9 x86_64 the packages are missing. For example RcppHNSW, Rtsne.

@mdc_systems Thanks for the report, we're working on a fix now. Unfortunately this is a bug with binary package serving in Package Manager rather than a case of missing binaries, that only affects the latest Rcpp 1.1.0 as of December 8, 2025. We won't be able to fix this immediately.

In the meantime, you can work around the issue by freezing your CRAN repository to the December 7, 2025 snapshot, e.g.:

This snapshot will have the same version of Rcpp 1.1.0, but all binaries for it and dependent packages will be available.

It is also possible for this issue to go away by itself in the next few days, if the upcoming new Rcpp version 1.1.0.8 gets released on CRAN.

That was a good tip for the meantime until it is fixed. Even though we need it for the ‘red-capped penguins’. But that can be adjusted.
