Bilingual help file of a package

Recently, I found that we can use multi byte character in the help file of a package.
All of the current help files of my package is written in English but I would like to make them bilingual. That is, to create a link to the corresponding multi byte page.
What is the easiest way to create a bilingual help file using roxygen2 from RStudio?

The best I could do was this:
http://mayekawa.in.coocan.jp/Rpackages/TestJP_0.0.1.zip
http://mayekawa.in.coocan.jp/Rpackages/TestJP_0.0.1.tar.gz
