Which is the best Linux Distro to work with RStudio.
Which distro has the best packages compatibility and best performance?

There should be absolutely no difference (unless somebody wishes to pinpoint any examples to the contrary).

I know that there are benchmark differences somewhere out there between Debian based vs. Arch based, but this knowledge is from several years ago. I'm not sure about recent times.

Platform Support - RStudio lists the linux distributions that all RStudio software officially supports. I would recommend you pick one of those distributions if you want to use RStudio software.

R itself should work with nearly any linux distribution with the proper compiler toolchains installed.
