If you are downloading from the official pages there are no problems.
Maybe because it is an .exe your antivirus shows that warning.
I have to apologize for saying this, but these antivirus problems are often seen as a problem with similar software, and it seems to me that their goal is more to scare people than to help people. So it's better to judge the security of the software yourself, so I only download software that a lot of people use, looks decent. When downloading updates, I only download from the official website, so you need to find the official website first and click on the download section there.
