Please allow us to autosave files every few minutes, replacing the "original" file. I know RStudio autosaves to some shadow folder, but that doesn't really help when you are working on a file in a Dropbox folder. Every time I work on something at home and forget to save manually, I come to work next morning to be welcomed by a not-up-to-date copy. Being up to date everywhere is the whole purpose of autosave + Dropbox for me. And it just doesn't work with Rstudio. Please, having an optional autosave feature doesn't really hurt, does it?
