arrow 22.0.0.1 binary for redhat 8 disapear / R4.3

Hi,
last month, i download the binary version 22.0.0.1 for redhat of arrow, but today, i am unable to find it.
the binary version for arrow 23 is not available too.

@Khadija1 thanks for the report. Looks like the latest version of arrow bumped the C++ requirement to C++20, so we'll have to adjust the RHEL 8 builds for that.

@Khadija1 arrow binaries should now be up for RHEL 8.
