Are RStudio and Quarto compatible with Windows ARM64/Qualcomm Snapdragon?

Hi! Are RStudio, RTools, and Quarto compatible with Windows ARM64/Qualcomm Snapdragon? I understan R is. I am thinking to buy a new Qualcomm Snapdragdon powered laptop and wondered if I can still use these... thanks

Unfortunately we are not yet building RStudio for Windows / ARM, and there are known problems with Quarto (and probably other things) when running with x64 emulation.
